This introductory session is designed to guide participants through Vitae's Researcher Development Framework (RDF), a comprehensive online tool developed in partnership with the Research Councils UK to enhance the collective careers of researchers. As a personal tool, the framework identifies sets of competencies to assist established and emerging researchers in planning for personal, professional, and career development.

Presented by Karin Perry, Program Coordinator, Faculty of Graduate Studies.
